The issue with it is because it’s is ran by myself , i do not handle the daily operations of customer support issues and don’t want anyone to be pissed because they feel like I’m ignoring them which is why i tell everyone don’t send messages to social media . Dominique handles the emails , as of next week we will have a second person also working on emails .
